We collect: full name, email address, phone number, address, date of birth, Telegram/WhatsApp handle, and payment history. We collect this data to provide rental services and fulfill our contractual obligations.
3. Legal Basis
Processing is based on: (a) contract performance — necessary to manage your rental; (b) legal obligation — accounting and tax records; (c) legitimate interest — fraud prevention and security; (d) consent — marketing communications (opt-in only).
4. Data Retention
Rental and payment records are retained for 5 years as required by Czech accounting law. Account data is retained as long as your account is active, plus 1 year after closure unless required by law.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing), our CRM system (rental management), and legal/tax authorities when required by law.
