What is the deposit and is it refundable?

The deposit is 1,500 Kč for every rental. It is fully refundable when you return the bike in the condition it was issued — without damage beyond normal wear. The deposit is returned after our mechanic inspects the bike at return.

How much does delivery cost and where do you deliver?

Delivery anywhere in Prague is a flat 300 Kč. We can also arrange delivery outside Prague — contact us for a quote. Alternatively, pick up for free at Palmovka 553/6, Praha 8.

What is the minimum contract length?

For the Ultra Light and Light plans the minimum is 1 month. For Standard, Large, and Cargo the minimum is 1 week.

How do I pay?

We accept card (Stripe), bank transfer, and cash at the office. Rental fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing period. The first payment covers the deposit + first billing period.

Can I cancel early?

Unused paid rental time is not refunded. You can stop the rental at the end of any billing period by giving your manager at least 3 days notice before the next charge.

How many batteries are included?

Ultra Light: 1 battery (48V 15Ah, ~45 km). Light: 2 batteries (~90 km). Standard: 2 batteries (48V 21Ah, ~130 km). Large: 4 batteries (~180 km) — two power the bike while the other two charge. Cargo: 1 large 52V 70Ah battery (range up to 180 km).

Is service and maintenance included?

Yes. Routine maintenance and repairs are included in every rental plan. If something breaks during normal use, contact us on WhatsApp or Telegram — we usually fix it the same day.

Do I get a replacement bike while mine is being repaired?

Yes, we do our best to provide a backup bike when a repair takes more than a few hours. Contact your manager to arrange it.

What documents do I need to rent?

You need a valid passport or national ID. Non-EU residents should also bring their residence permit or visa. Fill in your document details in your online account — the rental contract is then signed in our office before the bike is issued.

Can you help me register as a courier on Wolt, Bolt Food, or Foodora?

Yes! We help new couriers through the whole registration and activation process on Wolt, Bolt Food, and Foodora. Ask us on WhatsApp or Telegram — it is free.

How do I end my rental?

Contact your manager on WhatsApp or by phone at least 3 days before you want to stop. Return the bike and all equipment (charger, lock, phone mount). After a mechanic inspection, the deposit is returned.

Can I switch to a different plan?

Yes. Contact your manager and we will switch you to a different plan at the end of your current billing period.

What is included with every rental?

Every rental includes the bike, batteries per plan, charger(s), lock, phone mount, GPS/tracker, service and maintenance, and WhatsApp/Telegram support.

Is insurance included?

Basic protection is included. You can add accident/damage insurance for +200 Kč/month. Damage caused by the rider is subject to our standard damage price list.
