Marketing — Meta Pixel and Google Ads
Only after your consent, Meta Pixel measures page visits and successfully saved rental applications; Google Ads measures successfully saved applications. The services receive public page URLs, advertising click identifiers (fbclid, gclid, gbraid, wbraid), IP address and browser information, and may use first-party cookies such as _fbp, _fbc and _gcl_*. We do not send form fields, contact details or rental IDs as event parameters. Google Analytics, Google ad personalization and Enhanced Conversions are not enabled by this integration. Meta automatic events and Advanced Matching remain disabled. Before consent, neither SDK is loaded. A previous Meta-only consent does not authorize this updated integration. When loaded, the Google tag also sends technical page measurement requests for advertising attribution.
Managing consent
Use Cookie settings to accept, reject or withdraw permission. Withdrawal stops new application events, clears pending conversions, updates both services to denied consent and removes their first-party advertising cookies where possible. Requests already started and data already sent cannot be recalled. Your choice is stored locally for 180 days. Booking works without marketing consent.
